terms of use
These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you accept them.

1. Who provides this site
This website is operated by Exigon Consulting OÜ, Uus-Sadama tn 21, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia, registration number 12497164, VAT EE101648361. Full details are on the imprint page.
2. What the site is
Riescola Pres publishes general, sponsored information about the UK State Pension, taxation in retirement and support available to pensioners. Access is free and no account is required. Articles are freely readable in full; the newsletter is optional and never a condition of reading anything.
3. No advice, no products
Nothing on this website is financial, tax, benefits or legal advice, and nothing on it is a personal recommendation. Riescola Pres is not a bank, pension provider, insurer, claims-management company or regulated financial adviser, and it does not arrange, sell, administer or advise on any pension, benefit, insurance or financial product. No application can be made through this website.
This website is independent of, and not endorsed by, GOV.UK, the Department for Work and Pensions or HM Revenue & Customs. Before acting on anything you read here, check the position with the responsible public body or take advice suited to your circumstances.
4. Accuracy
We prepare content carefully and link the official source for each figure we publish. Rates, thresholds and eligibility rules change, sometimes at short notice, and pages may not reflect the latest position at the moment you read them. Figures described as examples or illustrations are exactly that: they show how a published rule works, not what any individual will receive. We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and may update or remove content, without notice.
7. External links
Links to other websites, including official government pages, are provided for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it. Following an external link is at your own risk and the linked site's own terms and privacy policy will apply.
8. Intellectual property
Text, layout, graphics and other material created for this site are owned by Exigon Consulting OÜ or used under licence, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, adaptation, republication or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent. Fonts and icons are used under their respective licences.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server behind it, introduce malicious code, or extract content systematically by automated means for republication.
10. Data protection
Personal data is handled as set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it was last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you use this site as a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
13. Complaints
Email [email protected] or telephone +372 644 4990 and we will look into it. We do not take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
